Individual Disabled by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Wins CPP Appeal

Our client is an individual living with chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic sinusitis, which prevents  him from working.  He was denied Canada Pension Plan disability benefits and lost his first appeal to the Office of the Commissioner of Review Tribunals. When he retained us, our client had one last chance of appeal.  We filed an appeal, represented our client at a hearing before the Pension Appeals Board and won.  Our client was ultimately approved for CPP disability benefits going forward with full retroactive payment to the date of his application.
