Employee Reveals Disability to Employer and Gets Fired – Employer Pays Large Settlement

Our client was a very productive sales person for a mid-size media company. She was terminated, but her backlog of orders continued to flow into the company. The company took the position that our client was not entitled to be paid commissions for sales that she closed after she was terminated.

We disagreed and sued the company on our client’s behalf. The company settled and agreed to pay our client her full commissions.
