Our client was a tractor-trailer operator who had lost an appeal before the Licence Appeal Tribunal regarding a revocation of his licence for failing a medical exam. We appealed the Licence Appeal Tribunal’s decision to the Divisional Court and relied on a recent statutory amendment to get his licence back.
